530:10-1-30. Delegation authorization The Administrator of the Office of Personnel Management may approve applications from Appointing Authorities to be delegated the authority to administer human resources functions normally conducted by the Office of Personnel Management as provided in Section 840-1.15 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
