405:30-1-2. Mailing label distribution (a) It shall be the policy of the Oklahoma Department of Libraries to provide mailing labels produced from our automated mailing lists only to non-profit libraries, library associations or their sub-sections, and other non-profit groups for library educational purposes. (b) Eligible groups, as described in (a) of this Section, shall be charged on an at cost basis for mailing labels.
